IMINERA: from a single landing page to an ongoing partnership
A maker of tailor's dress forms came with a one-off task. Every next task came because the previous one was delivered.
What was wrong
IMINERA has been making tailor's dress forms for 23 years. In June 2026 the company needed a sales landing page to support advertising for its new product, Persona, a dress form made to the client's individual measurements. A typical one-off task: build a page that brings in leads. There were constraints too. The company's website ran on old hosting with PHP 5.6. At the start there was no access to the hosting. Leads could not be lost, even if email or Telegram failed on the hosting side.
What I did
Persona. The landing page was built as a self-contained package: it runs on PHP 5.6 through 8.2, does not depend on my servers or tokens, and every lead is first saved to a file and only then sent to email, Telegram and Bitrix24. Photo weight was cut from 9.5 to 1.1 MB. The company got a website it fully owns. Pattern Lab. After Persona came a second task: a landing page for a service that digitizes and restores paper sewing patterns. I presented four design directions, and the client chose one. For the final version I made two editions for A/B testing; leads go straight into the company's Bitrix24. Modavolga. On IMINERA's recommendation, one of the company's partners came to me: an online store on the paid inSales platform. The goal was to move to its own hosting and stop paying for features the store did not use. Functionality was deliberately simplified to fit the budget. Cost of ownership dropped from RUB 27,540 to RUB 1,179 a year. Avatar. The fourth task was no longer about a website but about a new line of business: a sizing system for clothing brands, manufacturers and marketplace sellers, made up of a digital body avatar, a physical reference form and a size chart. We are developing the concept together with the client. The market benchmark is Alvanon, but we chose not to copy it: Alvanon is built on a global database of body scans, which IMINERA does not have. The offer is built on what the company actually has: 23 years of manufacturing physical reference forms, and 3D modeling. To choose a direction based on real prototypes rather than on paper, I built three prototypes with different offers: "Reference Form", "The Last Meter" and "Sizing System".
What changed
Persona and Pattern Lab have been delivered, run on the client's domains and bring in leads. Modavolga is finished and hosted, waiting to go public. For Avatar, the concept is being chosen using live prototypes. The main result is not the number of websites. The client came with one landing page, and four months later is discussing a new line of business with me and recommending me to partners.
