My name is Anton, and I combine several roles: IT Director, process analyst, engineer, entrepreneur.
My superpower is finding what is hidden. Sales that were losing money while everyone thought they were profitable. IT infrastructure nobody was controlling. Processes that "work" only because that's how it has always been done. I don't trust reports — I look at how work actually functions.
I went from entry-level IT support to executive director. I've worked in employment and built my own businesses. Managed IT in manufacturing, retail, oil trading, and services. I know this work from both the client and the executor side — a rare combination that lets me speak the same language with both parties.
My method is simple: first I see AS IS — honestly, without rose-tinted glasses. Then I find the points where chaos costs money. Then I intervene — precisely, without unnecessary moves. Not automation for automation's sake. Solving a specific problem that costs specific money.
Currently open to project work (Fractional CTO) and full-time IT Director positions. Considering SMBs and startups with real challenges — where IT can become a growth driver, not just a cost centre.
My Method
02Observe real processes. I don't ask people how things should be — I look at how they actually are. Without filters.
Find the gaps between what is and what should be. Estimate the cost of each gap in money and time.
Targeted intervention at the most costly gaps. Minimum changes — maximum results.
Not automation for automation's sake. A specific problem — a specific solution. If a manual process works better than an automated one, I'll leave it manual.

Led development team at a group of wooden puzzle and mosaic brands.
Operational management. Automation of production and administrative processes.
Founded and grew a children's school and IT business support company.
Partnership IT business. First entrepreneurial experience.
9 years in manufacturing. Built IT department from scratch. Automated material accounting in 1C. Found hidden losses in paint and varnish accounting at Unidragon production — discrepancy up to 26%.
11 years of system administration. The foundation of all subsequent experience.
