About the Directors Club
The Directors Club of Samara Region is a membership-based non-profit organization running intellectual projects aimed at developing the regional economy. It was created as a professional public organization uniting managers of the Samara region who draw on the achievements of Russian and international business education to improve themselves. Its members are the region's best and most promising leaders, running projects both within Samara Region and beyond.
What was wrong
KDSO holds events where participants and speakers are business leaders, top management and owners, as well as government officials: city administration, the governor, police leadership, ministers. Formats include the club's Annual Assembly, the flagship "Autumn Fair of the Directors Club", committees, conferences and themed meetings. With such an audience, the technical side simply cannot fail.
What I did
Took part in preparing and running the events, responsible for the technical side: selecting and configuring equipment, solving hardware issues, sourcing contractors and coordinating technical specialists on site.
What changed
Events run without failures, at the level the profile of speakers and guests demands. KDSO continues to hold events across Samara Region regularly — they remain key touchpoints where business discusses issues and connects with the public sector.
